Throughout 2019 we will be hosting tasting evenings focused on pairings of food with wines from nations and areas of the world that we consider to have exceptional examples of the favourites, something a little different and distinctive varieties from our own vineyards here in the UK.
The wine will be carefully chosen by Jerome from Bijou Bottles. Jerome will be in the restaurant to share his knowledge about each wine as it is served.
While the food will relate to the notes and aromas of the wine, each dish will be created and executed using local Norfolk seasonal produce at the same time retaining an affinity with the glass with each course.
Please note the menus will be released on our website and social media a month prior to events. Please be sure to book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
